Thank you for the quick turn around on the order, the battery for the heated jacket came in very handy on my 25 degree motorcycle ride, and the heated gloves ended up working like a champ. Made easy work out of the 30 min ride despite the cold weather.

I have therm-ic boot heaters but, the charger wasn't working. CozyWinters had a charger that worked perfectly to charge them just as they said it would. I was very pleased.

My order was a little slow arriving. But appears new and packaged. Unfortunately I thought this was a universal battery and ordered two (a spare). They are NOT however, compatable with my older model craftsman heated vest. I have sent you an email hoping to receive a merchandise return number so i can get a refund. Items are still new and packaged. I can say your batteries appear to be of much higher quality than the one that came with my vest! I cant seem to find a new rechargeable battery pack that fits it. :( I do appreciate your time and assistance!
Sizes are always hard to gauge and my wife and I were apprehensive about ordering the cleats online because of that. And they came in and they are (drum roll here)... Perfect,,,,,,
The only suggestion I have is to have a size that would better fit wider and longer length sleep recliners; the regular recliner and love seat sizes were either too small or too wide for our chairs. However, once I revised the elastic bands by sewing them together and reattached the one-piece band about 8" from the top of the back side of the unit, it stays in place fairly well. My husband is much more comfortable during our extremely cold nights and, sometimes, during the day as well.
