Ordered a spare pair Lenz heated compression socks
I am very pleased with cozywinters.com. I have chronically cold toes and feet and wanted heated socks. I bought the Lenz heated socks and was very happy with the cozywinters site. It is easy to use, the prices are good and shipping is free. I placed my order, the items arrived earlier than I expected, and the socks have worked well for me. I had also ordered a Peet shoe dryer which I decided to return. I contacted customer service to get the RMA number to return the Peet dryer and order more Lenz socks. Very quickly Jeff was on the phone. He was very friendly and helpful in discussing the Lenz products and giving me the information I needed to return the dryer. I highly recommend CozyWinter and will use them again.
They fulfilled my order with no problems and I love having an extra pair of Lenz socks to stay toasty out there in the ski hill!

My order said it had been canceled but no one could find out what was going on and then they said it was shipped. A lot of confusion. And the product had been in a chair on my front porch for days because my email said the order had got canceled.
