Love the product!
I discovered that I made a typo in the city to be shipped, but the zip was correct. I was able to talk to a gentleman who was very helpful and identified that it would have been a problem because the GPS was not identifying with the stated shipping address. The resolution was accurate and pleasant. My only issue is that the box the product was shipped in was a re-used Home Depot box. We were not even aware that it was the ordered product until we opened the box the next day. Very confusing and not a quality ship or presentation. I also paid $35 for expedited shipping. You can do better with the shipping box.
