Terrible customer service - called SEVERAL days ago. Agent was unable to help me. She suggested I send an email, which I had already done and sent a 2nd email as well. To-date (5 days later) I've never received a return reply.

I have been very happy with all 5 covers I have purchased so far. I have a rooftop deck in Chicago and the weather is rough. I have had 2 covers for 3 seasons and 2 tornadoes without issue. The other covers have survived the summer so far! I getting ready to buy 3 more covers.

The custom design and ordering process were a snap. Site is well laid out, intuitive and automated ordering and confirmation process made things simple.
The product I received, while more expensive than something generic I could have gotten on Amazon (provided if I could actually find the exact size I needed), is extremely high quality and better designed for lasting durability. I am very pleased with the product - the vinyl is thick, robust and the fit to my item was perfect. Additionally, shipping was timely and well packaged.

The material selected for your covers is Cushion Rite which as mentioned on the product page offers medium UV resistance. Understandably, with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, any fabric will eventually fade. This does not affect the performance or durability of the covers.
Our Quality team did respond to your email on 23 July requesting pictures of the taffeta labels sewn on the inside edges of the covers. Regrettably, we are unable to locate any subsequent emails from your registered email address until 23 August. Upon receipt of these pictures (taffeta labels) we promptly issued a replacement with the caveat that the covers are suited for shaded or semi-shaded areas.

First cover arrived with a cut in the fabric, and was replaced at no charge. However, it was very weird that I was asked to prove the cover was in fact this companies. I've never had a online company ask me to do that before, but it all worked out in the end so I won't complain I suppose.

To establish the error, we request pictures or a video clearly showing the issue(s) with the product. A picture of the taffeta label is required as documentation for our internal audit processes. We regret any inconvenience this caused; however, we believe this is still more convenient than returning the product and waiting for it to reach us.

The customer service was terrible, they blame me and all I wanted was an exchange I didn't want no refund. They told me to use soap and water for the off white color and to deal with it

Cover is too heavy for regular, daily ise. Is heavy plastics tarp material. Did not want this. Needed lightweight cover.
