I ordered an outboard engine cover and received something I couldn't even identify for what it was. It was vinyl and will not work on running outboard engine. It's the wrong material for marine outboard and can't be used at all due to functional limitations. They're customer service is horrible. Don't Buy from them. You will eat the cost.
Easy ordering, tips were great on how to order a cover for a truck bed. Selection of reinforcement tape and placement of grommets was fabulous... just what I wanted. The cover arrived quickly and I'm very pleased with the truck cover. Would buy from these guys again.

Ordering was easy. The covers are durable and waterproof. Much nicer than than the original Restoration Hardware covers and a fraction of the price. Only annoyance was shipping. I was told they would ship in more than 2 weeks which was great because I went out of town on vacation. They were delivered a week later, requiring a signature, so the 3 attempts while I was gone left me with one day to pick up 30 miles away after returning from vacation. A range of delivery would have lead me to postpone purchasing until after my trip.

Your order was placed with Free Shipping for delivery by 25 August. Regardless of the delivery date promised, we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Kindly note for future reference that you can mention "Do not deliver before..." in the notes section while placing the order.
Our packages are dispatched with "Indirect signature required"; if you are not available to accept the delivery, our terms with FedEx allow them to release the package at your doorstep as long as they are able to find a secure place to do so. If they cannot determine a suitable location, they will leave a door tag with instructions for rearranging delivery and/or the location you can pick it up from. This location is typically very close to the delivery address; we apologize for the inconvenience if this was not the case.

This was the 2nd time I used Covers & All for custom fit furniture covers. And plan to use them a 3rd time.
The wrong size was sent. The dimensions do not match what I ordered or what the final design measurement was. Useless the way it is now.

We passionately handcraft hundreds of custom products each day; admittedly, sometimes we make a mistake. We are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.
With product complaints, pictures / video clearly showing the error are required. Per our records our Quality team did respond to your email dated 22 August within 30 minutes requesting pictures. We see that an additional request has been made for a video showing the full measurement of the sail; given the very large size of the product the full measurement is not visible in the pictures.
We are keen to resolve this and truly appreciate your cooperation. Please write back on the same email conversation once you have uploaded the requested video via the link provided in the email.
I sent in measurements and a photo for custom chair covers for an outdoor chair. They asked for an additional measurement to account for a cut out around the arms. The cushions came back very quickly and are just perfect! They are zip off and washable and attractive. Fast, efficient service and a good product for a good price. What more can you ask?
Pictures on the website is deceiving. My tarp came with only 4 button holes at the corners.

I have been very happy with all 5 covers I have purchased so far. I have a rooftop deck in Chicago and the weather is rough. I have had 2 covers for 3 seasons and 2 tornadoes without issue. The other covers have survived the summer so far! I getting ready to buy 3 more covers.

To make the order process as transparent as possible we have diligently listed the material specifications on the product page. For your cover the material chosen is Cover Max which is described as "1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester - FEELS LIKE VINYL". PVC means it is made using plastic which is inherently stiffer than fabric. For a fabric feel, we have a different material - Cover Fab.
