We had this company recommended to us by our contractor who recently re-landscaped our backyard, and we are very thankful for the recommendation. We recently purchased a cover for our new outdoor sectional. The ordering process was easy and I felt confident in the design drafts that were sent to me to preview before production. Production and shipping were super quick, we had our cover within 2 weeks from when we placed the order! And the cover fit perfectly, much better than anything we could have purchased ready-made. It was an investment, especially with the heavy, weather-resistant fabric, but it turned out great and I think it will be worth it to protect the sectional frame over the winter months.

They are exact fit. Easily slips on the existing cushion cover and fits perfectly. The cloth material is of excellent quality.

The measurement process was precise, fast and included drawings. The covers arrived early and blew me away. The weight and quality of the material, stitching, grommets, draw cords is incredible. Yes, these are pricey but I didn't expect this level of quality. Honestly, they're beautiful and I never thought I'd rave about patio furniture covers.

We are sorry to learn that you are having trouble securing your cover. Per our default design, the drawstring is not provided along the entire perimeter of the cover but at a few spots along it. The final drawing which was approved did show this.
The placement of the drawstring should not affect its functionality and you should be able to pull each drawstring taut to secure the cover.
