Gave proper dimensions of grill for a custom grill cover. They designed a box from my dimensions and didn't account for the grills shape. Cover arrived and was significantly oversized and would drag on the floor. Couldn't move the grill with cover on. Company won't stand by product as production is outsourced to India. Had to go through credit card to get resolution. Not customer focused and very bad company to deal with. I would have preferred they fixed or made a new cover that fits.
Ordered on line- delivered quickly at reasonable prices. Heavy duty waterproof and weather proof. GREAT products. Extremely happy with these covers will order from this company in the future.
