Pleased so far with the fire pit cover order. They are a snug fit and with elastic are staying put. They look good on too since they are the exact size of the fire pit. The fabric seems heavy to last for a while.

Covers are perfect, they came quickly, and their customer service is fast and efficient. They double check the product is the correct dimensions based on what is originally ordered. The TV cover comes with zippers in front (I didn't know that) which let me open up the front to watch without removing the whole cover. Very well designed!

I received the cover and it did not fit over where the rope attaches to the back of the swing. We are working on getting a new cover with velcro strips to make it work.

The top of our ottoman had been deteriorating over the last year in little tiny pieces were flaking off the top. We didn't want to get rid of our storage ottoman but we're at a crossroads. Found this website and for what I would consider a very low cost. We were able to get a nice cover for the ottoman. Now it is useful again and water repellent.

They were able to add a custom cutout to accommodate my faucet and drain pipe for an outdoor kitchen that I built. Customer service for the design was thorough, although response times were a little slow. It would usually take 2 or 3 days between email communications. Other than that, I'd highly recommend Covers & All.
