MY ORDER COV*******463 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 15,2001. IT DIDN'T SHIP TILL NOVEMBER 17,2021 FROM INDIA, WHEN I WAS LED TO BELIEVE IT WAS MANUFACTURED IN GEORGIA USA. ONCE IT SHIPPED, IT WAS DELAYED AGAIN IN CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, NOW 3 WEEKS AFTER I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE IT, THE ORDER COMES IN INCOMPLETE MISSING ONE WHOLE CUSTOMIZED PANEL WITH A ZIPPER IN MIDDLE. WHEN I CALL TO ASK ABOUT THE MISSING PANEL, I AM TOLD THAT THERE WAS A DELAY IN THIS PANEL DUE TO CUSTOMIZATION AND ZIPPER? I ASKED WHEN WAS ANYONE GOING TO NOTIFY ME THAT THERE WAS GOING TO BE A 3RD DELAY OF THE COMPLETION OF MY ORDER? I WAS TOLD I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU WEREN'T NOTIFIED. NOW IT WILL TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 10-14 DAYS (MAYBE AND PROBABLY LONGER) TO RECIEVE THE MISSING PANEL TO COMPLETE MY ORDER. ORDER WAS PLACED OCTOBER 28,2021, TODAY IS DECEMBER 8,2021 AND MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE AND WE ARE LOOKING AT ANOTHER 10-14 DAYS MINIMUM WITH NO SHIPPING ISSUES! I WOULD BE VERY HESITANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THE COMPLETION OF MY ORDER ASAP, I WILL INIATE A CHARGE BACK WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY! ALSO I PLACED THE ORDER TO HAVE BLACK AND CLEAR PANELS, I RECEIVED IT IN GRAY AND CLEAR, YOUR SYSTEM CHANGED MY ORDER COLOR TOO!
I live in Buffalo, NY where if the snow is not falling all over the place the wind will blow whatever you own and leave outside into the neighbors' yards over in Canada. I got an idea to cover my back porch when I visited the Chautauqua Institution over the Winter; everyone does it there and in the Spring their porches are in great shape. No need to paint or replace rotted wood. I ordered grommets on all four sides. The covers were a better price on this site than anywhere else I searched (and I searched everywhere). I believe they were manufactured in India but I was given a tracking number which gave accurate details on the progress of my order. It arrived a little over 4 weeks and was packaged securely. The panels were crafted beautifully with very strong seams. It took a little over 3 hours to install both panels and cut a slit for a magnetically closing doorway. The only con would be there were one or two glue spots that could have been cleaned up before they were sent but that is a miniscule detail and were cleaned up easily after installation. The night after we installed the panels we got winds up to 40 mph and they held like a dream. We are more than ready for the Buffalo Winter and the price hikes in natural gas. I highly recommend these panels.

I have not received my order. The Shipping Information indicated that it was to be delivered the week of Thanksgiving in November. As of Dec. 07, I still haven't received it so I have no idea whether I like the product or not.
Covers & All made it very easy to order custom covers for our outdoor furniture. The key was submitting a picture of what we were trying to cover. They made it very easy to convey the measurements they needed to make the cover we needed.
