Company shipped panels that were 3 and 4 inches shorter than ordered. Would not replace or refund. In the course of 2-1/2 weeks I have made 9 phone calls on the matter, sent 7 emails, spoke to 6 associates, responded to 3 different methods to send photo's which in totality is egregious by any measure. The company has repeatedly failed to follow through on several commitments to return my calls. I have made every best effort to assist and yet they continue to not honor their stated policy.

I have place an order last year in October 2021 and was told it would it arrive by December 2021. Here we are today coming to the end of January 2022. To say the least this place is a scam. They told me to pay first and that was going to be the price and never said anything about extra charges. The L shape bbq cover became a long process because i am not a designer and had a hard time understanding them throughout the process. I would NOT do business with them. They will waste your time and try to charge extra when they say it will be in production and Delivered! My name is Thomas in San Jose CA. This place is UNETHICAL to say the least. Quality of product is excellent. Two of the custom covers for curved sofas I ordered were the wrong size but were made according to the measurements I submitted. Note to future customers: check the measurements you enter on the order form! Customer service was nice and offered a 20% discount if I wanted to reorder but after spending a lot of money already I will make do with what I received.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Because I am not familiar with the products it was difficult at first to figure out what materials and how to order. The company had someone working closely with me via email and a design team gave me great illustrations proposing for my final products. I was able to have custom covers for my outdoor furniture that are waterproof and good looking. It saves me so much work. I am planning to purchase a few more items so I really will be able to leave all my outdoor items as is. No more moving.
I was very grateful how super helpful the people who worked with me. I would never guess how customized I was able to get me covers. The design team was able to tailor the cover to follow every angle and shape, the final product arrived and fit absolutely perfectly. We had a few storms, and the covers hold up beautifully so far, waterproof. Ties are so secured, even with high wind, covers stay put. Cannot say enough how happy I am with the products. In the past, I purchased expensive covers from other US companies all are not waterproof and not customize sizes all inferior products. Now I know the source to get customize items I need.

Easy process. Covers were a perfect fit I loved how the covers turnout and the color was tru to the website.
Took videos and photos of the cover that was made way short. They won't fix it and relay on a basic statement that I'm not providing what they need. This company is a joke. Cover is several inches short. Everything provided as requested and then they request more and more. They simply don't want to refund. Blocking my CC charge.
