I bought a garage curtain to section off an area to heat during some construction. By the time the curtain arrived, the construction was far enough along that it was no longer needed. Since my order was a custom order there are no returns. It did say this up front, so I understand not allowing a return. It doesn't explain up front that shipping would take weeks so order in October for a December delivery.

The covers are made with high quality thick material, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
The tolerance on the vinyl curtains makes it impossible to be sure the size curtain you need will be That when you get it. A 1"- 2" tolerance is too much in my opinion.
Easy to order. The covers fit our sofas perfectly. The material is very durable.
I placed an order with the wrong measurements and called them within 10 minutes to correct this mistake. Their line was "not working". I called 5 times and then emailed them all within half an hour to change the order. They never responded to me. By the time someone finally spoke to me the order was placed and they refused to help. Now I have a useless product.
Excellent quality. Fits perfectly, looks great and delivered when promised. Very happy with this purchase!
