The product I ordered was lost due to a computer glitch on your computer. It took 3 weeks of numerous phone calls and numerous emails to finally get your company to investigate the issue. Once your company acknowledged the problem that I had paid for a grill cover that had never been shipped to me, the problem was corrected and a new order was processed with expedited shipping. It should not have taken so long for this issue to be corrected. I love your covers, which is the only reason I dogged this issue until it was resolved.
