We purchased a trap for our Arizona room ceiling and custom cover for TV in this area. It has exactly what we wanted.
I received my outdoor cushion covers more quickly than expected. The workmanship was fabulous! I'm very happy with how well made they are and I would HIGHLY recommend using this company when you need update a couch, chair or pillows inside or out! Very pleased.

I ordered a TV cover for the porch TV. It was advertised to fit my TV. After placing the order they came back with changes to the size and then billed me another $4.80 on a $70 order. I would have paid $4.80 more for the item but was not happy after a "bait and switch" trick. Also, their 20% sign up coupon says 20% off + FREE shipping. I was billed for the shipping and they refused to acknowledge it was in the coupon. The CSR constantly asserted that they only give free shipping on orders over $99. Ordering the product was easy and the item was delivered ahead of schedule. But I won't deal with dishonest or unethical businesses again.

Positive delivery was somewhat delayed during this difficult time but did arrive as described. They are sturdy and functional. The color was a bit odd, not really beige but since they will be in a storage area it doesn't really matter. The wreath bags were quite roomy and easy to insert the wreaths. Handles are sturdy and great for hanging.

Anybody that has had a problem with this company please call department of fair trading on *******. Beware this is not Australian based company so if something goes wrong you can't get a refund, the use Pinterest images to sell their product which is nothing like what you get. There product use horrible material, not suitable for indoor furniture. They are making themselves out to be an Australian company but are an Indian company
I bought 3 sets of water resistant covers for outdoor furniture. Each set had custom dimensions. All sets of covers were received promptly and were all the correct dimensions. I would definitely use this company again.

I called before ordering and asked about the material. I didn't want something so heavy duty, thick and heavy that it would be difficult to put on and take off. I was assured their most expensive, top of the line material was none of the above. Well it is super duty material but not what you want to be taking off and putting on your grill, too thick and really heavy.
Size wise they advise they will be enlarging and they certainly do. Way bigger than my grill but still ok except it drags on the ground, needs to be about 6 inches shorter so you can move the grill without running over the cover. I asked if they could fix that st my expense since what the provided wasn't far from what was described. They cannot help, covers are not made in this country. I will probably try another cover company or see if a local canvas shop can shorten for reasonable money
