I work full time and am not home when fedex stops at the house. The international shipping partner required a signature at delivery, even though fedex allows recipients to change this setting. I had to leave work early, drive across town, and pick up my covers at the shipper's airport location, or they would have been returned to India.

My cover was made perfectly, to the exact size I ordered! The edging was done beautifully too, I love it!
I was very pleased with the two covers for my lani chairs. However, my firepit cover was made of different matereial and a different color, i really thought all covers would be the same color and same material.
It was good, I received several emails asking for correct dimensions for the cover. I was impressed with the company because they were concerned to make sure the cover fit correctly.
Was a bit irritated about the constant back and forth with having to verify the size of the furniture pieces and having to provide so many images of each piece.
I have used Covers and All website three times now. Each time the quality and craftsmanship of the product have been above and beyond any other cushion covers I have ever purchsed.
The material is not quite what I expected for a seat cushion cover. It is thick, vinyl-like... not the most comfortable to sit on after being in the pool. Also, even with the right measurements the covers are a bit baggy for the cushion and the zipper was put on the side of the cover rather than the back. This makes the zipper visible to the yard, which is not ideal. Given this, it is nicely constructed and feels as though it will last. I think I would use this site again for furniture (protective) covers, but not for esthetic cushion covers.
My cushion on my outdoor set was falling apart. Buying new replacement cushions really expensive. I found covers & all and had them make new covers for much less. It was easy to order and they had a lot of options. We are really happy with the new cushion covers. We saved money and reused the actual cushion which is better for the earth, so win win.
