Covers and All hit another home run! They were flexible as I made modifications to the design during the approval process, and the product exceeded my expectations. There were features that I thought would be helpful, but were difficult to communicate so I figured I would add them myself. Specifically, I have two zippers on opposite edges of a panel, with the intent of being able to roll the panel up to access the contents. I imagined a loop or strap to keep the rolled panel up and out of the way. Covers and All somehow understood the intent of what I was trying to do and added velcro loops without me asking! Great product, great service, thanks again!

I have these old cushions on metal chair frames. Their covers were decaying, so I measured them and put in my order. Shortly after that my custom covers arrived and they all look good. I first thought I would make my own but what I ordered was better -- sturdy, well-constructed, and strong zippers. (I wasn't going to use zippers.) They all fit well and look good.
They made a custom heavy duty cover for my grill and bar area. It was beautifully done and fit perfectly. I even ordered the heavy duty to protect it even more from the elements. Just wanted everyone to know that their covers are not waterproof even though they say they are. Water soaks right through it and onto the grill and bar which causes more damage since it's trapped. Strongly advice against wasting $500 like I did. When I reached out for the company they told me that waterproof doesn't mean waterproof when the area is flat. Thanks for that.
