I've bought a couple of covers here. The process is quick, easy and very reasonable.
No Problems with my order. Product was exactly as described.
Ad stated extra one or two inches gets added. With the elastic at the base, it has to be stretched with five hands to get it around the heater screen on top. Pretty tight!

I placed an order in February for 7 cushion covers with 3 varying sizes. When I received my order I received 7 cushions of the same size. I thought it was weird because I specifically remember entering 3 different sizes into the online ordering system. Willing to take a hit and take responsibility for this being my fault, I went back online and tried to order the other 5 cushions covers I needed in two different sizes. Again the ordering system changed them all to the same size. So I then called a representative to place the order for me. He encountered the exact same problem and was unable to order what I needed because the ordering system kept changing all 5 cushion covers to the same size. I was instructed to "raise a ticket" to have someone help me with my issue. All I received was an email basically saying "we're sorry but there is nothing we can do because the ordering system works." About a week later, I tried ordering the 5 cushion covers in the two sizes I needed and the system worked... after being repaired. I have reached out numerous times and nobody has addressed my issue or offered any sort of resolution. I sent 3-4 emails/requests and called twice. The representatives I spoke to on the phone were kind and very patient but the people in charge of further looking into people's issues and concerns do not care whatsoever. The company got my money, twice. It seems that is all they care about. I would absolutely NEVER order from them again as I have still not had anyone address my issue.
Their sales team was extremely helpful especially with my custom design.
The quality was way better than I expected and the turnaround time was pretty fast. Definitely recommend it!
