Definitely like the quality and durability of this cover. The extra few inches to slip the cover on and off is nice but is almost too loose for what I am using it for, but I will make it work with the tie downs that I had added to the cover.

I provided the exact dimensions straight from the freezer manufacturer's website and even added a few extra centimeters for clearance. However, when I tried to put the cover on the chest freezer, it didn't fit properly. I ended up having to cut one side to make it work. On a positive note, the material is very durable.

We are very pleased with the cover. There was an issue with communication from the company...we uploaded the image and tracked the progress seeing it was in "processing." We didn't understand the delay and hadn't received an e-mail from the company. I sent an e-mail (and also tried to call) with no success. It wasn't until I logged in and saw the company asked for us to "okay" a schematic they had drawn up of the cover before moving ahead to make it. Once we did that the cover was delivered to our home in less than a week (very well packaged).

I measured and ordered a cover through this company skeptical about not seen the material in person. This was for a small heater that runs off a propane tank. The cover is being used as a dust cover when the heater was not in use. What i received was better than expected and fit like a glove. The material was thick, designed the way I wanted with cinch cords and I can guarantee that it will last a lifetime. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you!

The process for a completely custom cover design begins with submitting measurements and photos online. Email response includes detailed graphic designs and request for additional measurements needed. All done via email. Once design is approved it's produce and delivered as stated. All very organized to insure a great fit. Outstanding quality and design for the price!
