I received the product I expected. It is a simple 10' x 11' tarp with eyelets around the perimeter. I would have liked some fastening option other than eyelets, but nothing was offered.

Let me say that the customer service people seemed very nice and I don't like leaving a bad review, and tried to avoid this, but here goes.
I found the ordering process a bit confusing in terms of the depth versus width, and I had made a mistake, which thankfully was found before the order. However, explaining the correction took many, many emails and calls which I waited on hold for long periods of time.
The MAIN PROBLEM is after all that, they did not produce what I was promised. I need rounded corners and was told I would get rounded corners and I mock up drawing... and they came square!
After seeing this request for feedback, I decided to try to work this out by calling today. So I did. I was in the queue at number 5. I waited till I was number one in the queue and then got disconected by their machine! Its all too much work.

The covers I purchased were great! Shipping didn't take long either.
Cannot get customer service to answer or return phone calls. Keep waiting in the que and then get voice message that nobody is available. When i ask for call back, never get the call.

I've. Never seen a glider that could be this small. So I guess I assumed it WOULD fita glider. Will barely fit a chair.
