Ad on Facebook was very misleading. Never mentioned that product was made and shipped in India. Instead it listed a phone number in Lawrenceville, GA, leading you to believe that was where product was made.
Communication was challenging. I won't order from this company again.
Easy ordering! Ordered the cushion covers for my van and man these are the best!
We have had a terrible experience with this company. We ordered a new custom firepit cover from them and it doesn't fit. That is not the issue, we just asked that we could send this back and have them remake it. We used the exact same measurements from the first cover that they made, that fit perfectly. They continue to infer we measured incorrectly. We have sent multiple images, they ask for more and now want a video insinuating we are making this up. They told us to "pull the cover tight" for the image. It can't! It doesn't fit. I have now spent over an hour emailing back and forth and still they ask for more images. Ridiculous! Such poor customer service. Believe your customer, especially if they are taking the time to take images, email etc. AND are a repeat customer, AND with measurements that they used prior to make a cover that fit. Makes no sense.

I bought these when the weather was dry at the end of summer. After the rainy season started I was cleaning my patio and discovered that the chaise longue covers had upside down folds on the seams and rain was being shoveled into the seams and leaked heavily onto my brand new chairs. The wood had stained black and I had to paint all the frames, no easy task. By then the very short warranty was passed and they just said, "Tough luck!" The other cover I bought came from a different source and was fine, but this company did not acknowledge their supplier was doing a bad job.

The fit is amazing and the covers look great. Customer service was the best. The chat agents were also very nice and helpful. I was worried that they would not be worth the price, but they most certainly are.
To get replacements for the original Hampton Bay cushion and pillow covers for my patio set through Home Depot (where I bought the set originally) they wanted over $100 EACH! That would have been over $1000 to recover my patio set --- insane! So I did some hunting on Google and found Covers And All. Never heard of them but I decided it was worth it to give them a shot... I ended up re-covering 5 cushions and 5 pillow cases for approximately $225 from Coversandall! That's saving over 80% and the quality is far superior to the Hampton Bay covers. If you need new covers for your patio cushions and pillows, I would 100% recommend Covers And All!
