I am so impressed with this company. I had 10 outdoor cushion covers made to replace my faded ones. The quality of the material, stitching and zippers were more than I expected. I priced the covers with 2 local companies and they wanted over $1,000. This company did them for under $200.
Then I had them make a plastic cover for the outdoor sectional set. They followed up with me on the measurements because something just didn't seem correct. Thy were right. My one measurement was wrong. The cover was thick, not some flimsy material. I was supposed to get the shipment around the 12-24th and it arrived on the 7th (WOW).

I ordered 2 covers. After I received the order confirmation, I got updates stating that the price doubled due to a change in measurements. I had not changed anything. I the noted that other items were added to my oder which I had not selected or authorized. It took days to get a hold of anyone. You cannot respond to the email notification as that is not a valid address. The customer service telephone number will have you on hold for hours (no exaggeration as I left it on speaker and ran errands). The chat function is operated by bots. Unfortunately, this took days and hours to resolve. Not worth any savings. I finally disputed my charge with my credit card. And eventually got hold of a human being and cancelled my order with an overseas service rep who was very polite and kind. It's a shame. Maybe the products are lovely. I would not know as I could not bear the idea of anything else going awry.
