I ordered 2 covers. After I received the order confirmation, I got updates stating that the price doubled due to a change in measurements. I had not changed anything. I the noted that other items were added to my oder which I had not selected or authorized. It took days to get a hold of anyone. You cannot respond to the email notification as that is not a valid address. The customer service telephone number will have you on hold for hours (no exaggeration as I left it on speaker and ran errands). The chat function is operated by bots. Unfortunately, this took days and hours to resolve. Not worth any savings. I finally disputed my charge with my credit card. And eventually got hold of a human being and cancelled my order with an overseas service rep who was very polite and kind. It's a shame. Maybe the products are lovely. I would not know as I could not bear the idea of anything else going awry.

Second time we've ordered from Covers and All, first time was a tricky half-circle outdoor couch with arm rests/tables. Cover fits great and protects the furniture perfectly, so ordered a matching cover for the fire table.
Easy ordering. Great measurement tools. Oddly enough, the covers came in two different color grays even though only one gray option existed. Doesn't look bad as they are for two different peices. A sofa vs two chairs.

After much searching for a solid heavy duty tarp, I found this to be the best option. The ability to customize the size, add Reinforced Webbing, and add Grommets made this the perfect solution. Very solid and durable product
