Communicating with your company is pathetic. From "chat" personnel with canned scripts (even though all information was provided in a chat), a phone system disconnecting after ten minutes of holding and not returning calls for days, what a nightmare. I have made three purchases and each experience was more difficult. If only your customer service communication matched your product.

We found your round sturdy cover that will withstand weather changes. We were able to order the diameter we needed and choose the number of grommets we decided was good for us. The product arrived without any delay and we are happy to have it.
I ordered some sample fabrics. The result of this was a spam barrage of emails insisting that I respond to questions about my experience. My experience is this: I hope to never encounter a vendor who feels so entitled and is so demanding of responses from me. There are lots of competing vendors for roller-shade type products, many with more positive feedback profiles. I will be using one of them, hopefully not encountering another spam-o-rama.

Kind of a let down to come out and set up my patio furniture for a get together and see that my new cushions are all different colors of faded. I figured by purchasing the mid grade fabric they would last me a few years and by then I would ready to reorder and choose the higher end fabric. But if the mid grade fabric fades in 2 months. How long does the high grade fabric take to fade?
