We ended up getting our custom covers very quickly but there was a lot of confusion with their website. It was frustrating because they weren't easily reached by phone, and when we did speak to someone they were in another country and it was hard to communicate. We are very happy with the quality of the covers and in the end they came out very good.

We love the products we've received up to the this point in time. The problems we've encountered have had to do with reaching a live person to help us with resolution. I stayed on hold for almost and hour the other day and final became caller number 1 only to have the phone disconnected. I think waited on a chat for about 40 minutes before anyone could help me. I just don't have time for this. The person on the phone was kind. I didn't get 100% resolution because although I paid $80 for expedited delivery I got it 3 days later than promised.

The covers are great and just what I was looking for, however, the zippers were placed on the sides of the top pillows rather than the bottom so they are visible.
The quality of the product us excellent. We had intended to get a black tarp. We ended up with Navy Blue. It was too hard to distinguish the colors on the phone. And on the phone there are no words describing the color. Just the small patch of color to select.

We've bought many covers from Covers & All - all custom made for different shaped furniture in our back yard. In every case it arrived quickly (usually within a week) and was exactly the size requested. The material is much thicker and less prone to ripping than previous companies we've used. It is easier to clean than other covers as well. The one thing I can't figure out is how they fold it up to fit in such a small package - I cannot seem to get it to fold to even close to the original size again!
