I placed my order in early May and received several emails very promptly, requesting clarification on measurements of my patio furniture that I had provided to ensure an exact fit. The cover fits perfectly, is super thick, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The location gets lots of sun, so we shall see how it holds up.

I measured, I ordered, they delivered. I fits, it looks perfect and the material is better than what it replaced.
I was able to easily measure 6 chairs and the covers fit perfectly the zipper on 2 sides is the way to go.
All delivered on time but cover was too big for the pergola. I sent pictures before the cover was ordered and clearly it shows the entire pergola was 10 x 12 but the cover was not supposed to extend to the entire decorative area, just the inside. So no refund, just a 20% credit on next purchase.
