I ordered a custom shade sail and the measuring instructions on the website said to provide the actual measurements of the space and they would take off standard deductions for hardware. The shade sail I received was larger than the measurements I provided and doesn't work in my space. After emailing about the issue, I called 5 times before I actually reached someone who told me to email customer service. After weeks of back & forth I was told they won't accept a return and that they only deduct for hardware if the hardware is purchased from them. The measuring instructions should have said that!

As we can see that our team has provided the best possible resolution on the same. However we can certainly understand your concern regarding the resolution time frame.
