I happen to have a weird shaped outdoor couch, the process for submitting adjustments could not have been easier! (Requested a moc up) I'm so happy I saved SO much money replacing the covers instead of buying new.
I needed durable UV resistant covers for two large armchairs and a large curved couch for my outdoor deck furniture. I reviewed numerous customer comments, and due to some very negative reviews, I became hesitant to order from this company, finding that the covers were actually manufactured in India, as I previously had some "bad" experiences by ordering products from other countries. However, there were also some very good reviews.
Upon review of their website, I found it had templates for measurements for both my unique armchairs and curved couch, as well as providing free swatch samples to review of the materials they used for their covers. After these reviews, I decided to risk ordering from Covers and All, and ordered their best quality cover material. Of course, payment in full is required at time of placing the order.
One day after ordering and providing the measurements for my deck furniture, I received an E-Mail from C&A, with actual drawings of my proposed covers as well as the measurements I had provided, asking I confirm the drawings and measurements were correct (which they were) before they would put my order into production. I confirmed correctness of the order and measurements.
Two days later I received another update, stating my covers were in production.
Within one week, I received another E-Mail informing me my covers had been shipped along with a Fedex Tracking Number. The covers left Ahmedabad, India, and I could daily track shipping progress as it crossed the globe to my home, arriving at my door in Canada 7 days later.
I opened the package and was extremely pleased to say all covers fit my furniture perfectly, and the manufacture/fabrication "quality" was excellent! I am extremely pleased with the covers I ordered from Covers and All, and would highly recommend this company if you need quality covers for your outdoor furniture.
Upon reflection, perhaps the "negative" reviews I reviewed from some customers, was not necessarily the fault of C&A, and perhaps the customer provided incorrect information/measurements.
Again, I was extremely impressed with the detail and quality of the service C&A provided, as well as the covers provided by C&A, including the Fedex Tracking that was made available for my orders.
I did not (need to) contact C&A for any follow up concerns.
