This is the second one of these I've purchased. The first one is nearly 3 years old and it's in full bright Florida Sun everyday. You can't get something much tougher than this.
They confirmed my order with diagrams before actually manufacturing the products. Everything turned out better than expected. Well worth the price!
Based on the pictures, I was surprised at how lightly colored the item was. Also, based the item description, I expected the items to have inserts.
The covers I ordered came in on time and the quality is excellent. It was easy to order with my exact dimensions.

The covers are good but the ordering process is complex when it comes to choosing location of zippers and ties. We used the "chat" feature when ordering to get a better understanding of how to order the zipper and tie location but no one answered except to say email customer service. We emailed and called but never reached anyone so took a chance and placed an order. Covers are OK but disappointed with location of zipper and ties. If customer service would have been available, our disappointment could have been avoided.

Firstly, YAY YAY YAY! I love my outdoor set... Hence the wear and tear- I leave my cushions outside in all weather shame on me... BUT I was looking to replace the cushions as I thought there was no other way. These inexpensive sets- They know you either have to pay 3x the price for a new cushion set as they don't offer covers or you buy an entirely new set... Now I can change my cushion look anytime I want without going broke. I HIGHLY suggest this to anyone who needs the upgrade without charging such an unfair price to keep your outdoor set looking fabulous. I am a celebrity designer by trade on television and I cannot wait to use these in the process. Who would have known? I certainly cannot sew- and it's weather proof... I am thrilled and you should look no further. Thank you for staying American and not overcharging people that need to freshen their deck or backyard look when it's time! Thank you!
