Ordering was easy, I have ordered a number of times doing custom products. However this go around it has been a pain to get the package delivered. Frankly having a signature require for something under $200 plus not knowing when the product is going to arrive makes it difficult on the end user.

I was designing a new cover for a built-in bbq. Having sent off what I thought were the dimensions, I was contacted by the design team and went through a detailed back and forth to get the dimensions absolutely right. Initially I was confused by the advice to add 5cm to each dimension. I think it best to just request exact dimensions that you wish for the cover. I received a cover that was too big. The customer service was excellent! We sorted out the issue and I received a cover that fits perfectly.

You sent the wrong item. One of your associates guided me through the purchase. I explained that the Heavy duty tarp was too heavy to throw over the top of my truck cab. It was about 0.030" thick. So she assisted me in selecting a tarp of about 0.015" thick and helped me order that one. However, the tarp I received was only thin plastic 0.005" thick. I have an accurate micrometer in my workshop. The tarp I received (thin plastic) could be easily purchased in a local hardware store. I cannot use this tarp!
