The online interface was easy to use however reviewing the final design was forcing me to create an account which I didn't want to do. I had to contact them via chat which was slow but ultimately they sent me the design to review without an account. Overall the cover fit well and seems of good quality. Note the covers come from China so I'm not sure what the USA in the title is all about.
Custom cover started based on my measurements. They were very thorough on their drawing with their numbers for the entire lay out. Emailed to me for review. I added a couple changes to updated emailed me again and I confirmed to please build. Build was completed in a couple, few days than advised it shipped and received a few days later. Great construction and as described.

I ordered two custom sizes outdoor shades and inadvertently reversed the height and width. I realized my mistake why I printed out the receipt. I contacted customer service and received a response within minutes that they had made the proper changes

For the price I was quoted I thought I would be getting very basic generator cover however it wasn't basic. It was incredibly professional and I was totally blown away and impressed at how well it was made. It had handles it had air poles. Pull chords well done..

I ordered a cover for my BBQ. There were so many options for different lengths and heights. I have only bought generic sizes in the past. This time I measured my BBQ size and looked at the options available and was able to choose one that fit my BBQ wonderfully. Hello I cycle through a lot of grills and I always want them protected from the elements. I have had two produced in the last 2 Months. The Last one for the ole hickory Smoker is Awesome. A little baggy but looks Great. The FireMagic Cover is embarrassing to look at. Why because of LEEWAY. I will Attempt to reorder this cover But you gotta stop adding Leeway when customers says NO LEEWAY. I have more that 9 to 10 covers made from coversandall. The communication sometimes is Challeging (Firemagic cover) And the end Result shows.

I place an order for a firepit cover on January 13th and after a number of days went by received an email regarding my order. Then was emailed on the 21st that it had shipped would arrive Jan 26th. I received another email saying the shipment was delayed. It is not Jan 31st and still have not received the cover. I am disappointed by the length of time it has taken to receive this cover. The one that came with my firepit is torn and I am anxious to get this new one.

Could not get ANY indication of when delivery was on its way nor an ETA. Given the dumb bot I was dealing with couldn't think rationally I made it very clear - that the item should leave the item on front verandah if we are not at home. The property in an isolated area and theft unlikely. Alas your left hand didn't know what your right was doing and your left foot got involved as I was receiving AI generated emails and sms telling me things I already new - more importantly the UPS/StarTrack/Australia Post brand names caused so much confusion I thought I was getting 3 deliveries and the Online Support was pathetic.

Great communication from these guys. My generator cover arrived quickly, fitted well, and is very good quality. I was pleasantly surprised they had included covered air-vents, handles, and a bottom draw-string, that I was not expecting. Really happy with this product, and the service.

Talking to people overseas. Their communication is fine. There was confusion on the measurement of the height of my cover. They add up to 2 inches on two measurements and for me the height is too long. That's the way it is, though I'll live with it

Ordering was easy, I have ordered a number of times doing custom products. However this go around it has been a pain to get the package delivered. Frankly having a signature require for something under $200 plus not knowing when the product is going to arrive makes it difficult on the end user.
