I like the pillow covers we purchased. I did not like that I couldn't talk to someone on the phone about some questions I had on my reorder. Looks like our covers are already fading after a couple of months but they also are in full sun. I'd order again just because of the price of the product I ordered.

Update: Second cover fits much better. Since the company added several inches to your measurements, I just sent my order in with 2 inches shorter than what I needed. Taking the gamble worked out great for me.

Appreciate the detail of measurements needed. We did go over the measurements several times over a period of days to ensure they were accurate. Although it was +100 degrees in TX going out to take the measurements multiple times wasn't fun but when we received the cover it was perfect. I would recommend this company.

Repeat buyer for the custom cushion covers for outdoor patio furniture. Originally purchased the navy and loved the fit and color of the fabric. Just ordered the same in beige to change things up. It was simple and easy, went into my previous orders which saved all of my previous measurements. Most companies don't have that option. I highly recommend this company for custom cushion covers.
I recently ordered a bunch of items. The colors were off, the feeling of the material was terribly harsh and the measurements were not exact. I emailed customer service and kept getting the same response, "Regrettably, there is nothing we can do". I just find this completely unacceptable in 2022. I am not one of those people who thinks "the customer is always right." I was just simply trying to see if I could return them for a different material or choose a different color or simply anything. Just beware before ordering, there is absolutely no resolution if you're completely dissatisfied with your order.
