Second order for a church pew cover. The second time they asked me for a lot more detail and although the communication was great the site was cumbersome to use.
I bought a cover from Covers & All years ago when my prior cover started to fall apart. That "premium" cover was expensive and only lasted 2 years. The cover I purchased from Covers & All was cheaper and is going on 5 years and has held up exceptionally. In the past, I used to buy cheaper cover from Amazon when they were on sale for about 20-30 dollars. These would typically last a year or 2. I have purchased 2 other covers since my original purchase due to the durability. These are now my go-to covers for anything I need.
Despite paying the highest cost for the "highest" level of fabric, the claim of "waterproof" is NONSENSE. Substantial volumes of water pass through the cover and soak the cushions.
Complete waste of money.

After checking all the details we can certainly understand your concern, however, as per T&C, the material which we have used is waterproof, and due to stitching it becomes water resistant. The cover does come with seam sealing to avoid any leakage, as a result, the support team has asked for photos or video. To check if there is an issue with the cover itself or seam sealing so that they can offer you the best resolution.
Limited colour choices in better quality covers. I was forced to get the covers that may not hold up well. I am also concerned the fabric will be cheap and uncomfortable. The colour was not black and the zipper was not on 3 sides as I ordered.

Fits ok, but doesn't feel like fabric, feels like plastic, and we get sweaty sitting on it
We first ordered covers for out seat cushions first, as we were hesitant as to how they were goin to turn out. We received the cushion covers and were ecstatically happy. The are a great material and they fit like a glove over our cushions. Since we were so pleased with the cushion covers, we went ahead and ordered the pillow covers too. Those also came looking great, same material as our first order, and fit well too. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the products we received!
