I order online which was an easy process. The product was delivered and the only thing it what the material is rather wrinkle and I wish there is a way to have the wrinkles iron out. Also which the material was offered in a print pattern instead of all solid colors.

There was a lot of back and forth emailing regarding the measurements of m. Y wicker furniture as they are not a standard size so I was initially concerned. The shipping and tracking left a lot to be desired, but when my covers arrived, I was super pleased. They fit like a dream and the material is super tough. I live in Central New York, where the winters are harsh and I have every confidence these will last for years. Price was very reasonable given the quality
I order what I thought were covers- what I received were very unattractive outdoor rubber furniture covers. The description and website were completely misleading. I called and spoke to a customer service representative who was helpful and told me I could reorder and pay the price difference for the correct covers. He told me to email the customer service email and when I did the response I got was that I couldn't get the correct product without reordering completely and spending twice as much money.

The covers are heavier than I anticipated. The tan looks a little more gray than on the photos but otherwise great quality.
Everything was easy from choosing the color, putting in the measurements of my cushions to putting the finished product on my current cushion. The color was pretty accurate with the picture online but I am mostly impressed with how well it repels the water! The cushions before I would be soaked through and now with these covers, I can wipe the water off the top and it dries super quickly.
