We have a large bench with a canopy top on our deck. There is no way we would be able to move it into our garage and we hated the thought of just leaving it outside all winter. We were also not happy about finding a spot to store the very large bottom pillow. We found this site, gave our measurements and requested the zipper option. OMG we are SO happy with the result! They put 2 large zippers down the front (on each side) which made it so much easier to put the cover on-and it fits perfectly. We were able to put the large bottom pillow and the other 4 pillows under the cover so we did not have to find storage space.
Attaching a photo of the bench (without the pillows) as well as a photo showing it with the cover on. Thank goodness we found this place! And with discounts we were offered, we felt we got a great price. And shipping was also fast- especially considering it was a custom cover.
Definitely recommend if you need a custom cover.We are certainly keeping them in mind if we need another one!

I contacted customer service over a week ago concerning the grommets ripping off in the wind and have yet to hear back. We have had the patio curtains hung for only 4 weeks.
I am so seething, fuming, unbridled pissed at these people. They don't backup their product. Their "heavy duty" zippers do not hold. The zipper was hardly used. I had a custom cover made and the zipper didn't last even 6 months before pulling apart. They argued and argued about a partial refund. They decided to do a partial refund and then refused when the original card I used was closed due to fraud. What company can't refund in other ways? Now, it's winter, and I'm having to spend hours replacing this goddamned zipper myself by hand! I'm using a different product other than a zipper to get this done. This company will cost you in time, money, and frustration. I HATE these people.

The customization was a nice feature. Shipping was way faster than I expected coming from India, communication was top-notch, but the quality of the materials and the design blew me away.
