Was very easy to create a custom cover for our new pizza oven and table
I like the cover overall. I did have a problem. The original diagram showed the zipper that I ordered on the front of the cover. That is where I wanted it located so I could easily open the cover to remove it or put it back on. I never saw the zipper location again on any communication. When the cover arrived the zipper was on the back of the cover making it totally inaccessible and useless to me. The cover is for an outdoor kitchen which is not movable, To access the zipper where it is located I have to climb a ladder as the kitchen is on a deck that is 7 feet off the ground.
Order received in good condition and was exactly what I ordered and expected. It raised the temperature on my screened porch at least 5 degrees over outside Temps and blocked the wind.
Placed the order in writing for 35"H, (specified 38"H actual height less the 3" leg) and then adjusted that request to 31"H on a subsequent phone conversation (they have recorded phone call confirming this). Received it at 41.5"H. The fit is joke, looks like a large bag hanging off the sides and on the floor. Will only replace with the correct measurements if I pay 50% of the original cost.

We had a high wind event shortly after we installed our A/C cover. It blew off and at first we thought it had blown entirely away. That would have been very disappointing since we had it installed only a few days. But we found it laying right beside the A/C unit. We tightened down the drawstring a little more so hopefully it won't happen again.
Ordered a custom heavy duty clear screen for our covered porch. Easy to order, and had the options that I needed to make the installation simple. Quick delivery. Very happy with the product and service.

A friend turned me on to Covers & All and I am so glad they did. The chair covers are durable, a heavier thickness, and fit exactly as I ordered, unlike the covers I had ordered from another company.
The cushion covers fit like a glove and are more durable and more waterproof than the covers that came with the chairs originally. There was an error on the seat back cover, due to the type of cushion and my incorrect measurements. Covers & All assisted me with measuring the cushion properly and remedied the problem immediately. I feel the prices of both covers were reasonable.

We offer customization options with every product that we make covers for, and based on our previous learnings, the customer has often preferred a zipper at the back of the cover as they do not want it to show when their beautiful island is covered. We now provide it at the back of the cover as standard up until the customer requests a customization option for it. We understand that your island is 7 feet above ground and that keeping cover out has become difficult for you. Per our records, we could not find anything that shows the zipper on the front.
