Ordered all the same size cooler covers and one was different in size by quite a bit. We needed to install it so we had to manipulate the equipment it was going on so it would fit. I had even built in my own size cushion knowing that manufacturing would add theirs and one cover was still to small.
Everything was delivered as ordered and far more quickly than anticipated.
I have to say that customer service from this company was always there. They emailed me and I missed it so they attempted to call. They wanted to confirm that my measurements were correct and in fact I had to adjust them. Once everyone was satisfied, they proceeded to make the cover and I am very pleased. In hind sight, I opted for the drawstrings on an L-shaped cover and it is not enough, go for the other options that would secure it better to your furniture. It is heavy fabric and hard to pull on the drawstrings so that they are tight enough to perform their job.
