Pretty straight forward ordering process even for custom sizes. I was unable to change a dimension after only after a few days after ordering so that was a bad thing but fully understandably on my fault but the good thing was that they moved fast! Shipment was also very good with much faster than quoted delivery date.

Ordered a canvas lawn mower cover - in past just had a tarp thrown over to protect it from the elements. Covers & All customer service reached out to me several times for specific measurements and even showing me drawings until the final dimensions were all confirmed. The result is awesome! I went through a ton of support tickets, sent a ton of pictures and while I have something that is usable I am a bit frusterated the size is off, and the grommets don't actually allow for install.

Your website was not clear about the dimensions and I was not given a final proof to review. Your customer service is lacking. There is no reason you couldn't take these back and re work the fabric to add what is needed for the depth and create a final piece that fits properly. I would never accept a store credit from you because I would never give you my business again and in fact will review the business poorly and express my extreme disappointment in your company.
The quality was terrible. The fabric was way too thin. The stitching was not thick enough to withstand use. They will never withstand the elements to be used outdoors. The measurements are off not accounting for a proper depth. And lastly your unwillingness to work with me to re work them and actually create something that would fit properly was extremely disappointing. I will be sure to share my disappointment in as many places and as loudly as I can so that other customers do not have the same disappointment in your company. I feel I got ripped off for a ton of money and left with a crappy useless product. Never again.

The cover is a rugged rubber type material. Their website states they add an additional 1" to 2" to your measurements, but it is more like 6" to 8" which is way too big. It makes the cover look sloppy. It makes me think they already had a cover made and instead of making g a custom cover, decided to send me the already made cover. If you order don't do the extra fabric. I'm sure most people like myself figure, at least it fits and don't return it.
