Love the covers - fit perfectly and are quite similar to Sunbrella with quality. I only wish there were more color options
I ordered a grill cover and made a mistake on one of the measurements. After paying up front for the larger cover (that I did not need), Covers and All questioned the mistaken measurement, knowing that it was a non-standard measurement. After a couple more emails in which I gave the updated (correct) measurement, I received a credit on my Credit card payment (for the smaller, standard size cover) and then I received the cover several days later. Not only did I receive the cover quicker than I expected, I was also refunded the overcharge in a very timely manner. Thanks Covers and All!

It was a little daunting at the start but after the first cover (i did 3 different covers), it was really worth the effort. They were very patient with the back and forth and I altered my measurements a little to make sure the covers didn't lay on the ground. Very happy with the final product.

I do believe though that less of a heavy accent on your end of the process with people on the phone. I got the sense they didn't understand my questions at times. I think due to the fact they may not actually understand some of the English language. Just saying, if I had an American on the home, I could have had answered right away, would have understood my questions with no problem.
