I am very pleased with custom cushion cover for my oversized chair. It fit perfectly and looks great!
Covers and all were great about getting the fit right. The quality is good. But the material is not fire resistant.
The process is pretty simple and follow-up happens fairly quickly. The covers are great quality and survive the east coast elements no problem. The one issue with both of my orders is that they arrive a bit too long so the hit the ground. I prefer the covers to be about a half inch off the ground so they don't bunch. Covers and All should not add any length, but just make them to the customers dimensions. Covers made by other companies (Serena & Lilly, Gloster) have the covers not come in contact with the ground, which is a nicer look.
I ordered a cover for the bench in my mudroom. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service and the quality of the product.

I ordered a replacement cover for my outdoor fire table, grey color with the high quality material since it's exposed to all elements & salty air!
I am quite unhappy with this company. I bought a cover, thinking I was buying the entire cushion. I specified the size and the thickness of my cushion. I specified the dimensions. I told them where it would go. I wanted it for my hearth in front of my fireplace. And when it came all I got was a cover with no foam inside. When I inquired, I found out that the foam insides was going to cost more than the cover. I feel ripped off.
From the design to constant contact and a quality product, I'm very impressed with the overall process and final outcome of this order. Highly recommend and I'll be back with any new orders!

Ordering isinglass for our outdoor kitchen was an extremely easy process and very good price!
Ordering was easy and they made sure they understood what I wanted with specific inquiries and response time was excellent. Product came quickly and looks great. I haven't had the chance to check fit yet, but the custom cushion covers look very well made.
I sent in some pics and measurements, the mock-up was done quickly and matched what I was asking for. Product arrived early and fits great!
In the order process you asked for a photo and I sent the photo of BBQ, but you made it different shape and it fits loosely. So, why ask me for the photo? It covers the BBQ but doesn't look good.

We needed some dust covers to protect our centrifuges between use, and we couldn't believe how expensive some options were. We stumbled upon this website as a cheap alternative and we were blown away by the customer service! I provided the measurements and figured that would be the end of it, but the team reached out right away to clarify exactly what we needed and we went back and forth perfecting the designs. We had a weird request (the large centrifuge in back that we need to store with the lid open), and they rolled with it and made sure we were completely happy with the product. Will be using Covers&All for all our cover needs!

My laser printer is six years old and that's too old to still buy the standard cloth covers for it. Only reason I wound up buying this Covers & All cover. But I am SO glad I bought this one. The day after Christmas a water pipe froze and broke in our laundry room and flooded the house——right above the basement office where I had my printer. I lost a scanner and had lots of other equipment survive by the skin of its teeth after a long dry-out process. But my printer stayed bone dry the whole, even despite having water pour directly onto this cover from the ceiling above it. The really strange thing is this cover cost me a good bit less than a standard made-for-model printer cloth cover. But it would have been a bargain at many times the price.
I have issues with self-service websites. Its me. Able to work through it. Covers and All were helpful and my cushions look like new without replacing them. Grateful
