Ordered the custom item on your website, on the same day to make sure the dimensions were correct and that the cover would fit my item. I was told I needed to send pictures and a drawing with specific measurements again. I sent it the next day and got a message that it was too late because the item was in production. I went back and forth with your representatives till I decided to tell my credit card company to start a dispute. I made every attempt to help correct the situation and this went on for several days until I finally received the correct mock up. Really felt as if your customer service group wanted me to accept and item that would not meet my needs. Despite the quality I will most likely not use your service again due to this frustrating experience.

While the cover is nice th is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After I was asked to confirm a few measurements I called to see where my cover was as it had been 7-8 weeks and I should have received it by then they tell me they never received my measurements. Said it must have been a "glitch". How about you guys calling me to ask about the measurements? Although I'm getting emails from them every single day before I even receive my cover for a 20% discount. And they had my phone number because after they finally get my corrected measurements they called me every day to charge me 22 more dollars. Now as i business owner myself I would have just disregarded the $22 for all the hassle if I put a customer through what I went through. Oh and you have to pay up front so there's nothing you can do about but wait it out and hope your cover comes in the same season you order it.

Had some issues with the chat feature. Everything else went well. The eventual product was exactly what I had ordered. I have order another.
The back and forth of measuring became tedious. The effort to make it fit every nook and cranny was too specific. It doesn't fit as well as I'd hoped. It is a disappointment. I wanted the cover to go over the entire oven and securely tie down to protect the whole oven. Instead with all the back and forth, having to give a variety of circumference measurements, I ended up with a poor fit. I was very disappointed.

Great product, easy to order and didn't take too long to get a custom size
Ordered a TV cover for a set I was installing on my deck. After a little surfing on the website I found a stock cover that works perfectly. As a bonus, it look good too.
Although I was apprehensive at first, the ordering experience and end result product was fantastic. I did do a mis-measure of the thickness (I should have had it a 1/2 an inch shorter). The product was made to spec and really enhanced/updated my patio furniture. I have another set of slip covers I need and I am trying to figure out the right colors to complement the other covers. I am definitely a loyal customer - plan to recommend to others
