I purchased a custom BBQ cover (cover tuff), their top model that is supposed to come with a 5 year warranty.
This is a great product that fits my BBQ perfectly.
However, after 4 years of normal use, the seams are failing and the cover is beginning to fall apart.

I contacted Covers&All indicating that this is a product defect covered by their 5-year warranty.
Included pictures of the problem.
I was told that the 5-year warranty only applies to the fabric, not the entire product. And was told that the product warranty is…. 90 days… contrary to what is posted on their website when you select the cover on the product page.

All i was offered was a 15% discount on a new purchase (there is already a 30% discount promotion running). Shame on Covers&All for not honouring their warranty.

Warranty Coverage

We, at Covers and All, cater to a diverse community of consumers with equally diverse warranty coverage time frames - Based on Product & Material categories. The COV Warranty protects against product construct and durability not attributed to daily usage, as well as any material defect. This applies to the person, whose name is on the order invoice, starting from the date of purchase. Our team will take full responsibility to repair, replace, or refund the particular defected product - Only upon approval of Warranty Claim. This means there will be a proper & thorough process to inquire any defect in the fabric/material or flaw in the workmanship of the product. We Reserve The Right to make the final call on said inquiry. Any changes or modifications made to the cover after purchase will directly negate the Warranty.

A little tight

Directions Said they add 2" on width and depth. But my chair covers came as same size that I ordered, which just fits very snug. And since my chairs are bamboo it is very hard to get on and off. If i had known that they would be same size I would have ordered a little bigger (2 inches)

Awful Customer Service

The Product is good but CS is terrible. I placed two orders for the exact same site. The first order came with the seams heat pressed the second came with them sewn so they did not match for my project. I requested the second order be done as the first and they refused. They would not issue a refund or an exchange simply telling me it was not a defect. How is it not a defect when you order the same item and it comes two different ways? As you can see from the photos, they are nothing alike. After numerous emails, I was told they would give me a $25 store credit. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and won, they agreed these are two different items.

Covers & All USA attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
