I like the material and the shape is exactly what we ordered. The issue with this cover is the draw string does not go all the way around the entire cover. There are 4 different draw strings that only go a partial way so it is very hard to get the cover tight. The wind blew it off the first night we used it.
Shopping was easy, there was a measuring guide that was very helpful. Fabric is great, the fit is great and price was good.

After looking for weeks for a standard cover to fit our large patio set, we found Covers & All! They were able to create a custom patio cover that looks amazing. It hasn't been tested by the elements yet, but looks like it will hold up. The material of the cover is quite durable. Thanks for the great communication as well.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these covers. They fit perfectly and the material is so durable. Great for outside. They are easy to put on and take off. It saved me so much money because I have odd-sized cushions and if I had to buy new cushions or new furniture I would have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars. Very well made!
It came in good time. It fits. Good heavy material, and just as I ordred. Shouldn't blow away. Good color that blends into the balcony and building color. I wish I could sit on the bench without removing the cover, but that's expecting too much. It's good storage, and will keep contents dry.

I received exactly what I ordered. But unfortunately, I never gave the proper depth, which was 6". The product was made to a standard width, and I didn't think to ask. So it didn't fit. Looks like great work through!
Product was very good quality and fit perfectly. I received this in a very timely manner and was able to put them on my camper dinette for our trip this week. Just be careful when measuring your pieces. They will only accept changes within 2 hours after placing order. I would gladly use them again.
Order form was a little bit confusing and not clear
"We are disappointed to hear that the product fell short of your expectations. The material's 2-year wear-and-tear warranty is meant to cover a specific range of issues, such as tears, fraying, A stain, depending on its cause, may not be covered under a wear-and-tear warranty." This is from another complaint, apparently about a stain on the cover which was refused warranty coverage. My problem was a couple of tears in my cover but again, despite the company's original response here nothing changed. Apparently the 2-year wear and tear warranty does not cover tears, hmmm? Their latest response after about 5 weeks is "The best that we can offer is a flat $75 discount on your new order. We can also ship a new cover for the existing order and charge your for the difference amount only. Do let us know how you wish to proceed further. Bottom line, within two years the product is torn and despite the 2-year warranty they will give me $75.00 towards a purchase of I think was somewhere between $300.00 and $400.00. I purchase a cover for my patio furniture in March 2021 and first used it the following fall. I used it again this fall and noticed the other day a couple of rips in it. I asked about warranty and it is two years, but they refused to honor it saying "We're aware that the order was placed with the Square or Rectangle Table and Chair Set Covers, and we understand that the issue is with the material being torn. It seems like the cover is cut due to external force. We apologize, but the covers that are damaged because of external force are not honoured under warranty." I am not sure what "external force" means but if the cover fails like this the warranty should cover it. It does not appear to be cheaply made, but apparently is. I have a grill cover that is so old it has faded from black to almost white and still is good condition.
I am thrilled with this cover. I was unsure because the cost was much less than other sites but the measurements were accurate, the material is great and construction is really high quality. We had a terrible hail storm the second night and it held up like a champ! 5 star purchase!
