The corner pull drawstring cords are fixed approximately 75mm into the seam. As they are external boat seat covers and susceptible to wind it would be my opinion that for a more secure fit the drawstring cord should be all the way around.

The kayak cover I received is decent enough, however, one of the straps is sewn on backwards. I sent them three photos showing the issue, which they seemed to ignore and they just kept sending me a canned email requesting a photo of the tag and a video. I sent a photo of the tag along with the three original photos. Soon I received another duplicate canned email and later I received a voice message from someone with very broken english whom I could not even understand. So I just responded to the last email and told them to forget it and I would just deal with the issue myself.

Would prefer a better description on the site of the differences in the materials used (PVC Coated Poly vs Solution Dyed Poly). Had to call in and got your "international" phone support -- your "product experts" were only able to read the differences from the website (I can do that) - - the saving grace was their tip to add requests to the special instructions and that I would have a chance to review with the design team prior to the order being produced. At that point if I am still not satisfied, will cancel the order (but I hope not).

I was completely blown away by how much time they took to ensure they had the dimensions correct for our Samsung Tower speaker. It is an unusual shape and they were persistent in making sure I was getting accurate measurements and requested I send additional photos. In the end, the product fits great and I will definitely by from Covers & All again when needed.
