The company followed up with me a couple of times to get the exact measurements. My table has a glass protector around the flame making it not flat on the top. The cover was made perfectly and I cannot ask for a better fit.

I custom ordered a cover for a foam mattress that I use in the back of my truck while hunting. I went with a breathable material so the foam won't get moldy. So far so good. I purchased custom cushion covers that were more affordable than purchasing new cushions. It was great that I could get the nonstandard size I needed. The quality is better than expected and turn-around time very fast. I even received a diagram showing the cover dimensions to confirm the measurements before my order was filled.

Trying to reach customer service on chat would take a few hours, by which time I was away from my computer when someone would reply. I tried to call and have long hold times and email took several days. Overall I'm satisfied with the product but the response time on issues and questions could be greatly improved.
