For spending as much $$$ as I did on covers... why in the world there are USELESS pockets placed UPSIDE DOWN on my covers is beyond me. And the grommets are garbage. Falling off (the brass rings) when taken out of the package. Just cheap quality or poorly crafted.
I entered my information as they required. Make sure your measurements, if custom, are exactly as you'd like. The process was easy and their shipping was exactly to what they mentioned. It was worth the wait. Because these are custom made for our furniture, I was patient and knew it wasn't a quick ship. Definitely worth the wait.
The order took a lot longer than expected and I had ordered custom covers. I thought they were going to be embroidered with our logo but it's actually just a screen print. The quality is good but not exactly what I was expecting as far as the logo.
I was looking far a cover for my reel to reel tape deck to keep the dust out. Didn't think I'd find anything that was a custom fit, but Covers & All came to the rescue. Pricing was great and it didn't take long to receive the cover!

Unfortunately, Fedex did a terrible job of delivering on time. They were 36 hours over their original estimate, told us different delivery times via text and email, and said they would require a signature (they didn't). So we sat in our house for 36 hours for nothing.

I ordered a custom shade cover for our greenhouse. I went back and forth with your design department and came up with a quote for a shade with the exact dimensions we needed. I gave my consent and sent my payment in. Then I received another email saying there was a price increase because the dimensions had changed. I emailed back saying the original dimensions were correct. None the less you would not send me the order without paying an additional amount. I received the order and it was not what I had originally asked for but we made it work. The material is good and we got it to fit.
I tried to call in but could not get ahold anyone. I am not asking for any money back. The shade is working. I would strongly recommend that in the future when someone requests a custom product that you assign 1 person on your team to handle that order from start to finish. Most of the time I contacted you concerning this order, I was communicating with a different person.
