Not being able to really talk to anybody on the phone and long e mail delays will cause a product not to be made correct,
It is vital when making custom products to have the best communication, covers were made way too large, I sent the manufacturer
Blue prints to make it easy and not sure they reviewed them, it had all the exact sizing, it is vital to talk about sizing, other wise product is made well but missing the straps to hold up cover front and rear door panels. I have seen better products made by this company and this was not one of them

Found the size of cushions and customized to my color. Excellent service.

I received my covers and have been using them for nearly a month. It is very windy where I am in the Midwest and these stay on with no issues and keep everything clean and dry. They are fantastic and I am so happy with my purchase!

I ordered custom covers for my outdoor couch and pillows, which I actually love and think are good quality. My rating is based entirely on the customer service I experienced. One item was missing from my order and fixing the problem was nearly impossible. I sent multiple emails to the multiple addresses I found on their website explaining my problem. I finally heard back about 5 emails and 2 weeks later. When I explained 1 of 3 pillow covers was missing, I was basically called a liar. I was told the order information on their end said all 3 were shipped. To me, it would seem obvious that there was no proof of a mistake on their end because it was just that, a mistake. I sent over pictures of the tags for each of the items I did receive, I confirmed the packaging was not damaged or opened when I received it. The communication from them was slow and verging on rude, as if I was trying to lie and cheat them out of a $20 pillow cover. The entire thing was ridiculous and accusatory. When they finally agreed to send me the missing item I was told it would be shipped in 4 to 5 business days and I would receive a shipping confirmation email. 7 business days later I still had not had a shipping confirmation. I wrote yet another email which was never answered by their team (and still hasn't been). The very next day I got the shipping notification from the covers & all email address. It had 2 different tracking numbers in it, neither of which were correct. The first tracking number said my package was delivered a month earlier, the second tracking number said my package was still overseas. The package requires a signature for some reason, so I was concerned about missing it since the tacking numbers seemed incorrect. Luckily, it arrived the next day while I was home (guess it wasn't overseas). The entire process was so insane and and difficult for no reason, I will never be ordering from them again.

EXCELLENT! Easy to use template for measuring. Covers and All made the process so easy, but the didn't rush the project with my first set of measurements. The rep had follow up questions, which help provide a cover that turned out to be a perfect fit.

Ordered covers for a sectional in 2020 and was really pleased, so ordered for another pair of chairs and an ottoman. Great quality!

I orderer a firepit cover and gave yoiiu the measurements. The one you sent was half the size that I ordered. I still had to pay to ship it back. That was your mistake not mine. I ordered another one and I hope this time I get the correct size.

I was looking for a cover to fit over my rebounder, mini trampoline to keep it outside and protect it from the weather, etc. I am pleased to have found this company that custom made a cover to fit the measurements of my rebounder and at a reasonable cost. It is a durable cover and well made.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Love that these are made in the USA but also they came perfectly for what I needed outside. The price was great too.

These air bags are great. We always had a pooling water problem on our covered pergola. But now, by using these air bags, the water is running right off.
The price is great, as is the shipping and quality.

The ordering process was easy and the automated discount code was super helpful to my budget. So far, so good. I haven't received the products yet but I am looking forward to it!

Reviewing, placing an order, were all easy. I entered the crt all was ok, went to paypal cleared ok and back to Cover&all to pay. I could not get it to pay. Finally I realized that the shipping repoonse had not been given. Given I was to receive free shipping as noted in my bill, I had not even looked at that field until after spending about ten minutes trying to figure out why my approved paypal checkout and my following directions to return to C&a did not provide an activated pay button. SOMEHOW YOU NEED TO HIGHLIGHT THAT SHIPPING METHOD SELECTION NEEDS TO BE CHECKED EVEN WHEN FREE SHIPPING IF PROVIDED WHEN EARNED. I spent well over 15 minutes and starting over and trying to chat to finally realize that what was preventing me from checking out/activating the dark blue field instead of light blue, was my checking free shipping even though it showed up immediately below in my charge listing.

Our outdoor couch cushions had taken a beating between Texas sun, kids, and dogs. I was looking for new cushions all together but due to the size it was going to be close to $1,000. My neighbors mom suggested Covers & All. I was hesitant. How were they going to take my measurements, example photos and make a quality cover that fit well? I don't know how they did it…but they did! And I saved hundreds by being able to use my existing cushions and just slipping the cover over top. Thick material, fits well, strong zippers. I even had corner cushions and thought I would order the size as a rectangle and have to go buy more stuffing. They saw my image and even asked for additional measurements seeing there was an angle on the existing cushion. I'm super impressed with their service and product. Now off I go to purchase new throw pillows too!
