The website was easy to navigate but the cushions are hard as a rock. Can't even the back cushions and hoping the bottom ones loosen up.

The quality is very good, our logo looked great, but the tire cover was too small. I had to order a slightly larger size. They are made in India so it takes a few weeks to get the finished product. I will post a review of the next one when it arrives with a photo.
I ordered a large sail for my 20'x20' pergola. Everything worked out well, however, there was an issue with the accessories. The accessories only display one on the website, so I thought I needed 4. The website is not clear that the accessories come in packs of 4. I was able to revise my order before it was finalized, but a $99 adjustment fee was assessed. That felt like robbery. When I did receive my order due to the size it actually had 8 connectors, but I was told it would only have 4.

I've submitted a review of this company previously but I find I have to add yet another. When you select their CHAT on the website, a message pops up saying responses are usually less than 1 minute. Well, another misconception...or perhaps they cannot tell time. I've waited for more than 15 minutes and still no response. The cover I bought was expensive; I mistakenly expected better service. Should have stayed with a vendor on Amazon.

Blue prints to make it easy and not sure they reviewed them, it had all the exact sizing, it is vital to talk about sizing, other wise product is made well but missing the straps to hold up cover front and rear door panels. I have seen better products made by this company and this was not one of them
