While the quality of the order appears to be nice I do need to leave an undesirable review. It began with 2 emails sent to them with zero responses. Then a call I was hung up on and a chat session they wouldn't answer. A second chat session finally led to something being done. While it could have very well been my mistake, the cover I ordered had large eyelets that I did not want. I was hoping they would understand and maybe let me exchange the item. I basically got a sorry, not sorry response at the end of a long "we are super busy" email. Never order from there again solely due to poor customer service.

The final product cushions are great and look and fit very well. But, I was told a few times they were being shipped, but didn't ship for several weeks. Although it took longer, it was worth the wait. Thank you!
Poor communication all the way through. I needed to update the size of my order, so I sent a followup email immediately after my order was placed. I had a short back and forth with customer service at that time and thought the matter was settled. Then my expected delivery date came and went with no table cloth. My order was lost, my product dimensions were never updated, and my expected delivery was now another month away. Then they wanted to charge me double what I had already paid. After being on the phone for hours with people who refused to admit or recognize that my order was lost, I finally was able to get them to agree to cancel the order.

Stitches broke, material frayed, seam reinforcements cracked... this thing was toast after just 3 uses. Every time I gave customer service what they asked for, they asked for something else. They couldn't keep the information straight, and after probably the 10th reply I asked if they were ever planning on making in right. They said they would then emailed a few days later to say they weren't. I was a returning customer but won't be again.
They send tons of promotional emails and there were so many product links in the important emails that I had to hunt through my spam folder for them.

It's slightly bulky, but overall is a heavy duty product that was tailored to fit our exact patio sofa. Highly recommend this service for outdoor furniture.

The cover quality is fine. Unfortunately it came packed all wrinkled up and those unsightly wrinkles appear to be permanent.
The design team contacted me to get the exact measurements of my 3-tier fountain including the circumference, diameter, height, and width of each tier. They could have simply custom-made it based on the photos and measurements (total height and width) I provided when I placed the order. But with the photo returned with the markings of each measurement for proper fit. Now, that is quality!
This custom cover worked out beautifully. Working with a great design team to get the cover to perfectly fit an L shaped kitchen with a backsplash on one edge. A patio column that the island wraps around didn't help make it any easier. A few weeks of design back and forth was worth the wait. Take a look at the pictures. It's perfect.
