We have ordered from this company twice. Both times we were very pleased with the overall experience. The ordering is easy, customer service is present and professional and the covers are beautiful!
Customer service and the design team did work with me to make sure that all my measurements were correct. The result is a cover that fits and is easy to cover my furniture.
I am extremely disappointed in the placement of the tiedown straps; to be of any use they need to be moved out 4". Where they are on the new cover, places them on the very thin plastic side covers, and not on the support structure where the original ones are. Basically, they are not going to be of any use in any wind to hold the cover on (I live on top of a hill at 6700 ft., and winds of 60+ mph are not uncommon). I will just hope the weight of the cover holds it on, and it doesn't tear lose.

I'm not big on submitting reviews but I dont want you to lose out on an opportunity to transform your outdoor space to a livable comfortable space to enjoy in any type of weather. It was great to work with such a caring compassionate and professional online service team. The finish products I have purchased can stand up to time and extreme weather conditions. I love my clear 2 year tarp and if this wares I will be back for more.
I ordered a cover for my poker table and it's perfect, so I ordered an Lshape for outdoors and wow did they deliver. Great stuff, seems durable, like it will last a while. It was a bit dirty but the rain will clean it I hope. I'm 100 percent satisfied with my expensive cover.
