Custom size ordered for 10 cushions and all were within an 1/2" for sizes requested and were a perfect fit for my existing cushion inserts. Well constructed with ties and wrap around zipper for easy use. Complete order arrived within two weeks of being placed.

I ordered heavy duty covers for my outdoor furniture. Overtime, the straps anchoring them onto the furniture have broken off, making the covers vulnerable to the wind and blowing off! When I contacted customer service, I was told I that because they were out of warranty there was nothing that would be done! Upon checking my invoice, I still had additional years left on my warranty! Finally getting that resolved, straps were sent, but never received. I contacted Customer Services again and was told they were delivered and was provided a link to FedEx. When I opened the link, a picture of a storm door with a package was shown; not my door! And, it showed it was delivered to a different location! I have since contacted Customer Service yet again and have not heard back from them!

I've bought custom out door chair covers. Custom hot tub cover. Custom out door table and chairs covers over the past 5 years. They are still out there today.
