It took about 2 weeks longer for my order to ship than the estimated time, so I would just plan accordingly. Besides that, customer service was responsive and helpful. The custom made cushions fit perfectly and I appreciated the requests for re-measuring and approval of drawings. Overall, I will definitely order custom made cushions again.
I had trouble talking to the customer service team about the measurements. I called three times to make sure that my demensions were from pole to pole. When I got them they could have shorter because I cannot make them tight enough.
The quality of the covers was top notch. The Covers & All team is willing to take their time and talk with you on your needs to make sure you get what you want so don't mind any extra time! This isn't amazon but this isn't your generic stuff!
